I should have read reviews before purchasing. I got the darkest bronzer and it’s very sheer. It’s more like a gold highlight stick than a bronzer. Either way it’s pretty but just not a bronzer. I also used it as a lip color so it will get some useUpdated review:I’ve learned to really love this cream “bronzer”. I find myself using it every day just as a golden glow on my cheekbones and it’s just soft and subtle. Will purchase again!

This is a must have for those who want a quick pick me up.It swipes on smooth, but I find that it works best if you rub it in with your fingers after application. The color is gorgeous and adds just the right amount of glow.

I agree with everyone saying it's sheer - it's SHEER. Hardly any pigment and not really buildable. But it's very pleasant and subtle as a highlighter or blush base. So I'll use it, but not what it was intended for. The video shows that it is kind of sheer so I didn't expect a lot of pigment, but it didn't show the product as truly sheer as it is. Three stars for the misrepresentation; I'd give it four stars if it were touted as a highlighter instead.

Burt’s bees has made a great product to add just a hint of summer bronze glow and a dewy look. This goes on easy and blends well leaving your skin feeling very moisturized. Lasts well and doesn’t smudge or rub off. Great quick way to add a little color

The stick form makes application easy and clean. The shade is a perfect very light gold so will not clash with any shade of blush or bronzer. I will definitely re-order this!

It’s a very gold, not bronze, color and greasy when applied. The product is sheer, maybe would work as a lip balm but unfortunately not as a bronzer. Packaging was secure and sanitary.

Bronzer arrived melted and impossible to use. I can only get a refund by returning product. Can you imagine? The previous Bronzer by Burt’s Bees was so great I recommended to friends. Now I’m embarrassed. Return shouldn’t be required unless carrier wants sloppy envelope. Usually carrier does great job. It’s the return policy that is cumbersome. Not up to Amazon’s usual standards five star standards.

Absolutely love this highlighter, very smooth application and amazing shine! Must have!
