This hat is so cute on my golden retriever but she doesn't love it so it's hard to keep on her. It's also not very sturdy as it falls to the side a lot so she can knock it off her head but lasts long enough for a picture.

I purchased this hat for our holiday card photo shoot and it did not disappoint! The fact that it’s filled with fluff and stands up really makes it perfect (though it does take some work when you get it to make it less pointy/gnome-like). I also love that the strap is adjustable. The biggest issue we had is that it slips down when our pup moves so we had to take it off on our Christmas Eve walk. Overall love it and definitely recommend!

This was PERFECT for my son's orchestra Christmas concerts. He is an advanced cellist and we have seen a few times over the years a cello with a Santa hat. When I decided to do it this year, I knew it'd have to be made for a pet. This will not work for a violin/viola - maybe try one made for a small bunny or hamster.He was the hit of the show and everyone loved it. The strap was soft and went behind the pegs. The huge hat padding made it so the cushion rested on the top of the scroll and the hat easily popped out on its own at a great angle.I would definitely recommend this brand for cellos. Probably go up a size (like for a bigger dog) for a bass, and down a size for violin.
