Got these about a month ago and raised my back row by 20 lbs, sometimes electricity comes out of them and one time it zapped my dog and now instead of barking he speaks Canadian french but workout wise they are AMAZING, better gorilla grip than my ex fs

The hype is real. I am relatively new to lifting, and my limit has been my grip strength. Pulling heavier weights is easier to do to get a better pump. 5 Stars. The only thing I would have changed is the size I ordered. I am on the cusp between sizes. I should have ordered one size down, as the straps overlap. That is my problem. You should follow the recommended sizing and exchange if you got it wrong.

Ive never used straps before but these were recommended to me by a friend. Amazon only had pink in stock at the time, but that doesn’t really matter to me especially because I primarily workout at home. The straps themselves are pretty intuitive to use, and you can really feel their effect right away. Being able to focus all your efforts on proper form and squeezing the muscle you want to work without having to worry about your grip strength is great! I have always had strong grip strength anyway, so I’m not pulling more weight than I was prior to using the straps, but it’s nice to really concentrate on the contractions. As a larger guy with big hands, I would have liked the strap to be just a little bit longer. Some exercises are challenging to get the straps setup properly before you begin. You get more proficient with practice, but a slightly longer strap would be a little bit easier to get setup.

High quality. A must have for the deadlift at some point for everyone. Don't worry, your grip will still get a work out. But you won't rip off any more calluses and the tiny structures in your hands and wrists won't suffer as much, long term. I won't deadlift heavy without them. Good value.

Just used them today and it’s a total game changer. I’ve been wanting to go heavier but I would have to max out the dumbbell weight at 25lbs because I get so focused on the pain of my hands instead of the muscles I’m trying to train. I could actually use 30lb dumbbells with absolutely no pain and could focus. Extremely happy I can load more weight now!

Nice fit and good quality

Runs larger than size guide says, but main issue is the material is slick. It’s worse than bare hands for overhead grip and inferior to regular straps on deadlift. It’s WAY overpriced for what you get.
